Closing Checklist

Please be sure to bring the following items to ensure a smooth closing. If you have any questions regarding any of these documents, please contact us.

• Picture Identification
• Hazard Insurance Binder with the correct mortgagee clause (this information has to be obtained from your loan officer)
• Please contact your broker/lender to inquire if you will need to bring funds to closing.
• If funds are needed from you at the time of closing, we do accept personal checks up to $1500.00
• If funds needed from you exceed our personal check limit, you must bring a cashiers check made payable to yourself.
• Any information your lender has requested you bring for approval conditions.
• Residence History for the past ten years (list of addresses)
• Social Security Numbers.
• Proof of Sale (If Applicable)
